Day 2: Growth and Development

I have continued to keep the paper towel moist and have noticed that the sprouts are responding positively to the indirect sunlight. They seem to be reaching towards the light, a process known as phototropism. It's fascinating to witness the rapid growth and development of these plants.
Day 3: Leaves Unfolding
On the third day, the mung bean sprouts have grown taller, and small green leaves have started to unfold. These leaves, known as cotyledons, are the embryonic leaves of the plant.
